We pride ourselves on producing high quality, eye-catching and effective products that meet the unique needs of our growing community. Currently, most of our items are handcrafted, and done so with great care and attention to detail, to ensure that the customer receives the highest quality product possible every time. Because of the handcrafted nature of many of our items, small variations are natural and should be expected.
The following outlines our wholesale policy and terms. Please read this carefully and if there is any question or concern, feel free to email and discuss it with us. We are in business because of happy customers and look forward to having you as one of them.
Wholesale pricing is confidential in nature. Only approved retailers are privy to our wholesale prices. Your information will be used only to verify your status as a qualified reseller and will not be shared with any person, group or entity for any other purpose. Once validated, you will be given a user id and password to access our wholesale pricing pages on-line and/or the wholesale price list and catalog will be emailed to you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: By requesting access to our wholesale pricing, you understand and agree to keep this information confidential. Sharing this information with anyone not directly responsible for purchasing or decisions on purchasing for your company is grounds for withdrawing your application and approval.
The minimum order for wholesale pricing is $150 USD for US customers and $250 USD for international customers. Buyer is responsible for shipping, insurance, import taxes and any additional fees. Prices and selections are based upon availability of raw materials and are subject to change without notice. You will always be notified of any price increase prior to any order being processed to allow you the opportunity to change or cancel a selection. Likewise, as raw material costs lower, savings we receive are passed on to our customers.
Selections and Availability
We are always improving our products with better materials, improved assembly processes, and revamped designs. Occasionally, an item’s design may be different than that which is pictured in our printed catalog or online. However, always refer to our website to view the most up-to-date information available for our products, as well as, to learn about new products and additions to our collections. Please note, many of our items are handmade and may therefore have slight variations, as must be expected with handcrafted items.
Most orders ship within 10 business days, however, larger orders may require additional time (3-4 weeks) to assemble, especially during the busy season. Please be sure to place holiday orders (Ramadan/Eid) well in advance to allow sufficient time for processing. If you are purchasing to vend at an event, please alert us of the dates, so that we may try to accommodate you. Shipping charges are estimated and unless otherwise requested will be based on best method/best price. Requests for pickup or special delivery are at the customer’s discretion. Currently (2015), shipping invoices are sent SEPARATELY after the initial invoice is paid and the order is packaged and ready to ship. This allows us to weigh the package and get the most precise shipping quote available. Orders will NOT be shipped until the shipping invoice and order invoices are paid in full.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. For orders over $500 USD, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, and the remainder at the time of shipping. For your convenience, we can accept checks, credit/debit cards, paypal, e-checks and money orders. Payment by check or money order must be received and processed prior to production or fulfillment. No COD orders are accepted.
Returns & Refused Shipments
Merchandise can not be returned until you receive a return authorization number. Email us at: email@example.com for authorization. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened/unused products within 10 days. A 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.
All of our products are carefully inspected, securely packed and sealed before leaving the shop. Damage in transit can happen and must be reported to the carrier immediately. All packages are automatically insured. Exchanges or credits are offered for incorrect orders in the US upon return and inspection of the products. With exchanges based upon our mistake, return shipping is paid by CM and reshipping costs paid by the buyer. When items are being exchanged based upon preference only, all shipping costs are paid by the buyer. For international orders, only store credit/discounts are offered as shipping costs are often disadvantageous for the customer.
